Kota Kinabalu, 16 March 2023 – CelcomDigi today welcomed businesses from all segments at its Business Tech Week in Sabah, offering SMEs, corporates, and the public sector the opportunity to discover and identify the right technologies and digital solutions for their organizations.

This is the second edition of CelcomDigi Business Tech Week in 2023, which kicked off in Johor last month. Businesses attending the showcase will be able to gain insights and experience from a wide range of use cases on display from CelcomDigi’s industry partners, covering technology and innovation such as 5G, Cloud, IoT, Cybersecurity, and Fixed connectivity solutions, as well as a Metaverse experience.

Sabah State Finance Minister, Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun officiated the opening of the two-day tech showcase, along with Afizulazha Abdullah, CelcomDigi’s Chief Enterprise Business Officer.

At the opening ceremony, Afizulazha called on businesses to push forward with their digitalization plans, “It’s proven that the right application of technology and digital solutions is effective in helping organizations improve operational efficiencies, deliver better customer experience, and in turn, drive business growth.”

“As we recognize that different organizations have diverse digital needs, we introduced CelcomDigi Business Tech Week to connect with businesses across the regions in Malaysia, to better understand their challenges and address them with technology and digital solutions tailored to their needs. We believe we have the right expertise and resources to be their trusted digital partner and support their digitalization journey,” he added.

For the Sabah edition, which is happening on 16-17 March 2023 at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), businesses can expect to engage with industry-leading companies, such as Ericsson, Fortinet, Infront Consulting, HTC, Rogue Asia, Garuda Robotics, Huawei, Active Telematics, M1, Sole Vision, Syndes, Athena Dynamics, LGMS, Telefonica, SecurityScorecard, Bridgenet, Cybereason, Tech Titan, and XR Associates.
